1. Fulfilment Timelines

  • Original Paintings & Prints: Please allow 7–10 days for preparation before dispatch. This timeframe includes drying and varnishing (for paintings) so your piece is fully protected before packing.

  • Custom Commissions: Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the artwork. Any extended fulfilment period will be communicated with you directly.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • A tracking number will be shared once your parcel has been shipped.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping through India Post, ensuring reliable service and tracking.

  • Delivery generally takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination.

  • For some countries, customs clearance may add an extra up to 15 days to the delivery timeline.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.

  • These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

  • Since customs regulations vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

  • Please note: customs delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery timelines.

5. Tracking & Delivery

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the damage.
