Returns and Refunds

At Gursimran Kaur Studio, we take great care in creating artworks that are entirely original and uniquely hand-painted. Due to the handmade nature of our work, all sales are final, and we cannot accommodate returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery.

1. No Returns or Refunds

  • All sales are final. Once your order has been confirmed and payment processed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

  • This policy applies to original artworks, commissions, and prints.

2. Exceptions to This Policy

While returns are not generally accepted, we may consider exceptions in the following rare situations:

  • If the artwork arrives damaged during shipping.

  • If there is a significant error in the order (for example, receiving the wrong artwork).

If your order falls under these exceptions, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • A detailed description of the issue.

We will review the case and, if eligible, discuss possible resolutions such as a repair, exchange, or refund.

3. Colour Accuracy

  • We take care to photograph artworks as accurately as possible, so colours appear true to life.

  • However, due to differences in screen settings, lighting, and devices, slight variations in colour may occur.

  • These minor differences do not qualify as grounds for a return or refund.

4. Lost or Missing Shipments

  • If your order goes missing while in courier transit, we will contact the shipping provider on your behalf to help locate and resolve the issue.

  • If a shipment is officially declared lost, we may offer to recreate the artwork for you, on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature, complexity, and availability of materials.

  • As each piece is handmade, recreated artworks may differ slightly from the original.
